A Share Secured Loan is secured or guaranteed by a member’s savings/share account.
Member can qualify for loan if the following requirements are met:
- Funds can be borrowed against yours or guarantors Shares account
- As the loan gets paid off, more shares become available to you
- Shares continue to earn dividends
- Interest rate is fixed and as low as dividend + 2%
- Term up to 72 months
- No Application fees
- Instant approval and disbursement upon availability of funds*
*Closing documents must be signed before disbursement
