Eligibility: All borrowers must have an NPFCU account or be eligible for membership, be of contractual legal age, and have legal status to reside and work in the United States. Rates, terms, and conditions apply.

Our online application portal will allow you to submit your application. Loan officers will provide you with a secure upload link to upload any supporting documents needed to process a loan once the application is submitted.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum line of credit limit is $5,000 and the maximum limit $150,000.00
- Interest as per Rate chart.
- Minimum payment: 2% of the outstanding balance or $200 whichever is higher.
- Member to hold Green Card or the US
- Member must have a checking account with Nizari PFCU
- Other standard loan requirements apply
- DTI up to 55% maximum
- Annually reviewed and must meet review requirements.
- Annual fee $120.00.

Terms and Conditions:
- All borrowers must have an account/membership with NPFCU to apply for a loan.
- All borrowers must be in good standing and be of legal contractual age.
- All borrowers must have legal status to reside and work in the United States.
- 2 months clear pay stubs or 3 months bank statements as proof of income and tax return(s).
- Limits exceeding $25,000 require Personal Financial Statements & 4506-C form to be completed – visit our forms page
- A limit increase can be applied after 12 months of repayment history within the maximum limit.

- The interest rate is based on the credit score of the borrowers and the loan term.
